Functional Fitness Classes

We are proud to be partnered with Crossfit Firefly and put on our Functional Fitness classes. These classes are specifically designed to incorporate all aspects of fitness for the aging adult (55+) and to promote a healthy lifestyle. We believe that the aging process does not have to be a persistent decline and we are excited to work with you to break the negative stereotypes associated with aging to show that instead of getting weaker, slower, and fragile, you can become stronger, faster, and resilient! You will be trained by highly skilled health care professionals/coaches that will push you into new levels of fitness and function. Our Functional Fitness classes will incorporate strength training, functional lifting patterns, mobility, balance exercises, and cardiovascular exercise designed by our physical therapists.

Class Schedule:

Mondays: 2-3 pm

Tuesdays: 12-1 pm

Wednesdays: 2-3 pm

Fridays: 2-3 pm

Memberships:

We offer a wide range of memberships including: 10 class punchcards, monthly memberships, and drop in rates.

Liability waivers and initial registration may take up 10 15 minutes to complete so please arrive early or call Firefly to be sent a link to fill out prior to coming.
